Meet Heath! Heath is a playful six years old German shepherd who’s looking for a forever home. Heath loves to chase balls, but he’s also content relaxing in the sun.  He enjoys belly rubs, leisure walks and showing off his tricks.  Heath listens intently to whomever he’s with, maintaining eye contact, and tilting his head when he’s curious. Heath would benefit from being with someone who has GSD experience and can give him the love and attention he deserves to live his best life.

Maxx loves being with people and really, really doesn’t want to be left in his kennel after walks and play time with the volunteers. This handsome seven-year old mini Aussie/Dachshund mix has lived in one home all his life and misses his person. He’ll be a happy boy once he knows that heading to his bed doesn’t mean being left alone.

Maxx is playful, friendly, and energetic, and he’s always eager to spend time outside with his shelter volunteer buddies. He loves poking around on the wooded trail behind the facility, checking out all the different smells back there. He’ll make a great walking companion for someone 18 or older.

Bambi is a 3 year old fun-sized, affectionate pup with a beautiful black coat, white chest, and little white toes. Bambi is a Grade A snuggler who will wiggle with delight and do a happy feet dance when you pet her.

She walks well on a leash, and while she’s small, Bambi can be strong when she wants to be. This fun and friendly pup would fit in well with an active family who has a fenced yard for her to play in.
