SUCCESS STORY: GEORDI (FORMERLY OLIVER)

SUCCESS STORY: GEORDI (AKA OLIVER AT THE SHELTER)

Geordi was adopted out just a couple of months ago and is adjusting well. His mom tells us, “Geordi is growing accustomed to his new home and all the attention that comes with it! His favorite place is in the window seat or on the bed. He loves getting pets and treats and will sleep on your chest or face at night if you let him. He’s a real sweetheart and we’re so happy to have him!”

Let’s hear it for pets that get to sleep on the bed. Thank you!

SUCCESS STORY: MARTY

Ashley says…”Hello! I just wanted to give you all a quick update on Marty (previously Mart-E) who we adopted on May 28th! We saw photos of his brother Wall-E and thought we’d say hello too.
Marty is doing so well in his new home and is such a smart boy. He has the calmest, sweetest demeanor and people are so surprised by how “chill” he is for his age (just barely 15 weeks!). He loves camping and going to the beach, but he also likes to eat almost anything that tastes like “earth”, so chew toys and treats are always nearby. Marty quickly learned how to go potty outside and a few simple commands like “sit,” “lie down,” and “come” (although we’re still working on that one). He loves other dogs and little kids too! We couldn’t be happier to have Marty in our lives and he’s quickly become a part of our family.”

Thank you for adopting! We can’t wait to see him grow!

SUCCESS STORY: WALL-E

Wall-E the puppy was adopted in May and is getting bigger and doing very well. Here’s what we heard from his new mom, Shawna:

“Wall-E is doing great & growing fast! Had more than doubled his weight! He is very playful, smart, and learning he has a little bark lately 😂 He is full of love if he is not playing or chasing you. He often rides with his dad in the front seat of the truck on security patrols through Surf Pines and everyone he meets loves him! He also goes to work with me a couple/few times a week. He plays well with other dogs in the community and is learning his manners while meeting elderly residents 😊 And of course, has taken over the house & sleeps above our heads in bed 😊. He is very spoiled and loving his new home.

Thank you so much for allowing us to adopt Wall-E he is a perfect fit!”
