Buckley, with his golden heart and velvety coat, is still looking for his forever home. He is a sensitive, shy guy who quickly opens up for snuggles. At three years old, this Pitt-Mix is the perfect age for fun energy and calm walks. Buckley participates in our shelter playgroups and does well with most dogs, but because he didn’t get along with the dogs in his previous home, he’ll need to meet any dogs in the home to ensure it’s the right fit for his sweet soul.

Meet and greets are by appointment, so if you’d like to meet Buckley, call the shelter at 503-861-7387 or stop by the lobby to set up a time. The shelter is open 9:30 to 4:00 Tuesday through Saturday, closed 12:30 to 1:30 for lunch.

Be sure to date it next to the signature line (applications are reviewed in the order they are received) and put the name of the animal you are interested in at the top. You can then save the application to your computer and email it to: ac@ClatsopCounty.gov or print it and deliver it directly to the shelter.
