She has lived in a foster home in the past and was the perfect houseguest. She walks well on leash, but she will need to be the only animal in the home. Be sure to date it next to the signature line (applications are reviewed in the order they are received) and put the name of the animal you are interested in at the top. You can then save the application to your computer and email it to adopt@ClatsopCounty.gov or print it and deliver it directly to the shelter.
