This boisterous, happy three year old is looking for his forever home. He is food motivated and we have been working on his leash skills and basic commands. Howard will need someone committed to continuing his training. And those eyes! If you have room in your home and heart come meet Howard.

Pet meet and greets are by appointment, so if you’d like to meet Howard, call the shelter at 503-861-7387 or stop by the lobby to set up a time. The shelter is open 9:30 to 4:00 Tuesday through Saturday, closed 12:30 to 1:30 for lunch.
