Punkin is a 3-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix that has a heart full of love, and the sweetest full-body wiggles when she’s excited. Punkin loves walks, squeaky toys, and snuggling on the couch with her favorite people. She walks nicely on a leash, is very smart, and truly wants to please.
She’s the kind of dog who thrives on companionship and would love a home where someone is around more often than not. Punkin can be selective about her dog friends, but she may do well with a confident canine companion.

Pet meet and greets are by appointment, so if you’d like to meet Tani call the shelter at 503-861-7387 or stop by the lobby to set up a time. The shelter is open 9:30 to 4:00 Tuesday through Saturday, closed 12:30 to 1:30 for lunch. You can also fill out an application here: https://www.clatsopcounty.gov/media/16441. Be sure to date it next to the signature line (applications are reviewed in the order they are received) and put the name of the animal you are interested in at the top. You can then save the application to your computer and email it to adopt@ClatsopCounty.gov or print it and deliver it directly to the shelter.
Adoption Fees:
Dogs: $125 for dogs younger than ten years and $60 for dogs ten or older.
Cats: $90 for cats younger than ten years; $30 for cats ten years or older.
Bonded pair (emotional attachment to each other) are available for the single price.
