Ray is a 2 1/2 year old male tabby hoping for a wonderful home!

Mitzi tells us…”Spent time with sweet Ray yesterday and today. He LOVES attention with head, cheek and chin scritches! He makes sure he is very close to the human giving him loves, does not want to be at arms length! ”

Anita adds…”Ditto! Not only does Ray adore the aforementioned attention, but also is irresistible with his silky-soft fur, white paws and cheeky grin. ”

Would you like to meet Ray? Pet meet and greets are by appointment only, so if you’d like a meet and greet, submit an application in advance by going to the shelter’s Adopting a Pet page at https://www.co.clatsop.or.us/animalcontrol/page/adopting-pet. Scroll to the bottom of the page for the application. Be sure to date it next to the signature line (applications are reviewed in the order they are received) and put the name of the animal you are interested in at the top. You can then save the application to your computer and email it to ac@co.clatsop.or.us or deliver it directly to the shelter. Application forms are also available on the front door of the shelter and can be filled out and turned in on the spot. A shelter staff member will review the app and call you to set up an appointment. Due to Covid restrictions, only two people are allowed in the shelter at one time and each visitor is asked several health-related questions before being allowed in.
