Sookie is an outgoing white and tabby girl with a soft short coat and some impressive whiskers. Sookie was found as a stray so we don’t know much about her life before she came to the shelter, but we do know that she’s friendly and loves hanging out with people. She jumps up to be held and might even be one of those `shoulder surfer` kitties. She’s been chatty and has been winning hearts every day. Meet and greets are by appointment, so if you’d like to meet Sookie, call the shelter at 503-861-7387 or stop by the lobby to set up a time. The shelter is open 9:30 to 4:00 Tuesday through Saturday, closed 12:30 to 1:30 for lunch.

Be sure to date it next to the signature line (applications are reviewed in the order they are received) and put the name of the animal you are interested in at the top. You can then save the application to your computer and email it to: ac@ClatsopCounty.gov or print it and deliver it directly to the shelter.
