Punkin is our KMUN, THE ASTORIAN, 94.9 THE BRIDGE, and CLASSIC HITS 94.3 KRKZ Pet of the Week for the week of June 21, 2026

Punkin is a 3-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix that has a heart full of love, and the sweetest full-body wiggles when she’s excited. Punkin loves walks, squeaky toys, and snuggling on the couch with her favorite people. She walks nicely on a leash, is very smart, and truly wants to please.

She’s the kind of dog who thrives on companionship and would love a home where someone is around more often than not. Punkin can be selective about her dog friends, but she may do well with a confident canine companion.

Leopold is our KMUN, THE ASTORIAN, 94.9 THE BRIDGE, and CLASSIC HITS 94.3 KRKZ Pet of the Week for the week of June 7, 2026

Meet Leopold! This handsome 6-year-old bully mix is a sweet boy looking for a home of his own. Leopold is learning loose-leash walking and will do best with someone who can confidently manage his strength and stay consistent with his training.

Leopold has been in playgroups with other dogs and has done well with the right dog friends. He’s a big personality with a lot of enthusiasm and can be a bit much for some dogs, so any potential canine companions should be a good match for his play style. He’s still polishing up his manners, but he’s got plenty of potential with the right guidance.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion and are ready to help him continue building his skills, Leopold would love to meet you!

Diamond is a playful, affectionate girl who’s been shining bright at the shelter! She’s earned the title of “playgroup all star” thanks to her fun, social personality and love for other dogs.
